Leadership in the Benedictine Tradition explores the Benedictine approach to Leadership. It was written for a series of seminars at the Anglican Centre in Rome in 2011. It was also the subject of the initial series of Kerley Foundation Lectures which I gave at St Paul’s United Methodist Church, Houston, Texas. It has been presented at two business seminars, at John Lewis, Watford, and for Business Excellence, Houston; and at a retreat for Lutheran pastors in Pennsylvania. It consists of an Introduction and four sessions.
